Shipping Information

All dry good are sent via USPS or FedEx ground unless otherwise noted. Live plant shipments are sent via USPS Priority, there is a $5.00 charge for winter packing (if needed). Live animal shipments are sent via FedEx overnight to your local hub for pickup. We can send them to your door, but advise against it. We can also ship via airlines. Live and healthy arrival is guaranteed unless otherwise noted. Please contact us ASAP if you have any problems or concerns.

We do not ship live animals on Mondays or Fridays. We ship plants Mon-Sat via USPS. We ship dry good Mon-Fri via FedEx Ground. Orders for live plants and dry goods are often filled same/next day but occasionally it may take a few extra days if items are back ordered, if that is the case you will be contacted.

We do not accept returns without prior approval. We do not offer refunds for animals, plants, or supplies for any reason, NO EXCEPTIONS. Live animal and plant shipping is a delicate process that can be delayed to weather and logistical conditions. We will contact you to work towards a timely ship date if conditions don't allow prompt shipping. In the event of live animal/plant DOA or product damage, please contact us ASAP to work arrangements. We only offer credit on such circumstances.

We are able to export many of the live animals we offer. Export minimum is $3000.00 and generally fees, documents, and freight are an additional $1000.00. Please contact us for more information. Our specialty are CITES species.
